Juul Mulder

Juul is a venturous and results-driven project manager, interim manager, consultant, and trainer/coach. She has more than twenty-five years of experience within organisational learning, development, and change. After having worked at Exact Software and KPMG Consultancy, she independently worked for national and international organisations for the last twenty years. These include AstraZeneca, ING, and Lely. She also works as a facilitator and interim program manager for the London Business School.

Juul stands for a resolute, practical, and enthusiastic approach, based on the current business agenda and the client’s needs. She works with the client to create clear targets and a suitable plan of approach. She is an excellent organiser, clear in her commitments and always sure to fulfil them.

Juul is passionate about developing people, teams, and organisations, helping them to change and be more effective. She likes to challenge people to get the best out of themselves and their teams and to unlock their full potential. It gives her great satisfaction to see people and organisations grow and achieve the results they had in mind (and more).
